Planning, prioritizing my tasks, defining clear goals and using effective methodologies are the elements that help me being well-organized and keep a good level of productivity during the project’s lifecycle.

Communication

Thanks to my past experiences, I learnt to be transparent, factual, precise in my way of communicating with others. Listening and understanding the people I work is something important to me.

Team Spirit

Managing projects is not a one person thing. Building a strong team by bringing motivation, mutual help and a feeling of being part of something special is what I always try to create with the people I work with.

Adaptation

During a project a lot is happening, and not always in the way we want it to be. To me, it implies to have a strong mindset in order to be able to prevent or to handle unforeseen events, as bad as they can be.
